What can I expect from the Rick and Morty Multiverse Mania Experience?

Embark on an interdimensional journey into the newest Rick and Morty Experience! Step through mind-bending portals into the multiverse’s most exciting games and activities filled with iconic character and fan-favorite show moments. Fill out Morty’s Adventure Card while you’re at it.

Where is the experience located?

The experience will be located at Morgan Arts Complex, 1036 W 37th St, Chicago, IL 60609.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 45-60 min at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We are happy to inform you that we will cater for vegan and gluten-free option.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there Virtual Reality?

This experience does not have virtual reality.

Is there a dress code?

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes. There will be bespoke merchandise for sale at the shop.

Regarding access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

• Weapons including but not limited to firearms, projectile weapons, ammunition, bladed, edged, or sharp tools or implants, club-like items and striking devices, explosives or combustible chemical compounds and mixtures, and disabling chemicals such as mace or pepper spray (including replicas).

Do you offer carer tickets?

Yes, carer tickets are available for this event.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

Many activations in the experience utilize strong lighting effects, some of which may flicker or strobe. Guests with light sensitivities should consult with guest services or staff onsite for further information.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, there is limited seating throughout the experience. If you or someone in your party have mobility issues please see guest services or a staff member upon arrival.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

We encourage you to capture every mind-bending moment of your Rick and Morty experience. Snap photos, record videos, and share the fun within the world. Don't forget to tag us using @rickandmorty.experience in your posts. We can't wait to see your adventures and might just feature our favorite ones. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.

Is coat check available?

This venue has coat check—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Is there an age requirement?

Due to the nature of the event, we are open to all ages, but guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Regarding the tickets

Where can I get tickets?

• In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
• On the Fever website

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
